Name (required field): Provide a name for the service instance.
Description: Provide a description for the service instance.
Service state: Toggle the switch to to start or stop the service.
Pool Host (required field): To select a host or a pool of host, complete the following:
Click Select PoolHost to choose a host or a pool from the drop-down list. Only available hosts and pools are listed. You can use the search tool to quickly locate and select a host or poolas well.
Click Select to add the pool host to the configuration.
To remove a host or pool from the service configuration, click the remove icon next to the name of the host or pool.
Tags: To add a tag or tags to a host, complete the following:
Expand the tab to open the Tags section.
Click Add to open a tag to open a row and add the following information:
KEY: Add the key for the tag
VALUE: Add the key value.
