The supported fiber transceivers on the TE-2306 are listed in the following table:Infoblox offer an optional variant of the TE-xxxx that comes with a four-port network line card that supports both 1GbE and 10GbE transceivers. You may mix media types in the set of ports (e.g., two 10GbE transceivers for LAN1 and HA, one 1GbE fiber transceiver for LAN2 and one copper transceiver for MGMT). This variant disables all four RJ-45 network ports. It does not support accelerated 10GbE (obviously check this statement before including and it might need some clarification on what we mean by “accelerated). Infoblox hardware cannot be adapted or modified after shipping so if fiber transceivers and/or 10GbE speed is needed, this optional variant must be specified at the time of order.
