  • Select an endpoint device, and click  > Edit to modify the endpoint information and to set up log and state leveling. To enable log and state leveling, move the toggle to the Enable position.
  • Select an endpoint device and click  Download Android Config File to download the xml file for your Android device. For information on configuring an Android device for use with mobile endpoint, see Mobile Endpoint Management
  • Select an endpoint device and click  Download iOS Config File to download the xml file for your iOS device. For information on configuring an iOS device for use with mobile endpoint, see Mobile Endpoint Management
  • Select an endpoint device and click  > Remove to delete the endpoint. You can also select the respective endpoint and click the Remove button to delete it. Deleted endpoints are no longer displayed and are moved to the Recycle Bin (Administration > Recycle Bin).  Deleted endpoints can be restored from the recycle bin. By default, all endpoints restored from the recycle bin will be restored with a disabled status. The endpoint status can be modified by the account administrator. 
  • Select an endpoint device and click Move to move it to a different endpoint group. 
  • Select an endpoint device and click  > Disable to disable an active endpoint. 
  • Select an endpoint device and click  > Enable to enable a previously disabled endpoint. 
  • Select an endpoint device, and click  > Upload Logs to upload system-level support logs. The option to upload logs is not available when a prior upload request is in process. If this occurs, please wait until the current upload logs request is completed prior to initiating another log upload request. The upload process can take up to 20 minutes to complete.   • Click Export to CSV to download a list of BloxOne endpoints. 
  • Click the Refresh button to update data on this page. Active filters will be preserved when refreshing the records. 
  • Click to select the columns you want to display or use the arrow keys to reorder the columns.

  • Select an endpoint to view additional details in the right panel. You can collapse the right panel by clicking.
    In the right panel you can view the total number of endpoints along with information associated with the endpoint, including User Name, MAC Address, Endpoint Version, OS Version, Status Last Seen date, Endpoint Group, and Last IP Address information. Deleted endpoints are not tallied in the status count nor are they displayed in the details pane.   

  • Enter the value that you want to search in the Search text box. The Cloud Services Portal displays the list of records that match the keyword in the text box.
  • Click  and then to filter data by the available values. Supported values include the following:

    • Status
    • Device Name
    • User Name
    • Endpoint Group
    • Mac Address
    • Endpoint Version
    • OS Version
    • Last IP Address
  • Column Sorting: All columns on the page can be sorted by clicking the label in the column header. When the sorting order is changed, the page view will default back to the first page of records.
  • Page Size Control: Select the number of records to view per page by clicking the view option (25, 50, 100) on the bottom-left of the screen.
  • Page View: Select what page of records to view by clicking the page option (Page 1, 2, . . .) located on the bottom-right of the screen.
