On the the Time Setting page, you can set the time zone for the a host , and add or remove the NTP server(s) that your the host uses to synchronize time. Setting If you set a time zone is useful if you want , you will be able to set up a maintenance window through the Cloud Services Portal. 

You can click Add to To add a new NTP server, or choose the checkbox an existing NTP server you want to delete , click Add; to remove one, select the checkbox for it and click Remove to delete it. When you add and use a new NTP server, the host uses the new NTP server for time synchronization and will use it and will not retain the default settings will not be retained.

If you select the Sync with ESXi check box  checkbox for hosts deployed through OVA on ESXi servers, the list of NTP servers on the Time Settings page will not be used for the host. If desired, for OVA deployments on ESXi servers, you can To have such hosts synchronized with an NTP server, enable the Synchronize guest time with host option during the deployment to synchronize your host with the NTP server. If you do not select the Synchronize guest time with host option this option (or if this option it is disabled) during the deployment, the host synchronizes will synchronize with the Ubuntu NTP servers : ntp.ubuntu.com and ubuntucom and ubuntu.pool.ntp.org. If you choose to disable the Synchronize guest time with host option disable the option during the deployment and select the Sync with ESXi check box, ensure that you  checkbox, be sure to open the UDP 123 port for , to have time synchronization synchronized with the Ubuntu NTP servers.

Click Next to go to the Proxy Settings page. You can also click Cancel to cancel the configuration or click Finish to save the configurationit.
