• Learning: The switch is building the bridging table.
• Listening: Tthe  The switch port is sending and receiving bridging PDUs in an effort to determine the active switching topology.
• Blocking: Where the port is only allowed to receive bridging PDUs but otherwise passes no user traffic.
• Disabled: The port is administratively down.

In a stable spanning-tree network, only Blocking and Forwarding states will typically be seen. The Forwarding state is the only state in which the switch port transmits user data PDUs.

The Access Points page displays information about access points for wireless controllers. The table displays the following information about access points:

• IP: The IP address of the access point.
• Sub Device: The ID of the entry.
• Name: The name assigned to the access point.
• Location: The user-specified location of the access point.
• MAC: The MAC address of the access point.
• OP Status: The operation state of the access point.
• SW Version: The software version of the access point.
• Boot Version: The boot version of the access point.
• Model: The model of the access point.
• Serial Number: The serial number of the access point.
• Type: The model of the access point in enumeration.
• Vlan: The access point group (VLAN name) the access point is associated with.
• Admin Status: The admin state of the access point.
• OS Version: The IOS version of the IOS Cisco access point.
• Num of Slots: The number of radio interfaces on the access point.
