The Web Content Discovery Summary page provides Discovery: Summary page provides insightful reports and tallies of all web categories detected on your network.  To access the Summary pageTo access the page, go to Reports >  > Web Content Discovery >  > Summary.  The The following reports are available on the Summary pagethe page:  

  • Image ModifiedHIGH RISK CATEGORIES: A list of the top web content  threat categories observed on your network. Click on any of the listed category entries categories to view the details about the specific high-risk category on the Categories page.  Click Click View All to to display the list on the Categories page. 
  • MOST POPULAR CATEGORIES: A list of the most popular web content categories observed on your network.  Click on Click any of the listed category entries categories to view the details about the specific category on the Categories page.  Click Click View All to to display the list on the Categories page.
  • DEVICES ACCESSING HIGH-RISK DESTINATIONS: a  A list of devices accessing high-risk destinations observed on your network.  Click on Click any of the listed category entries categories to view the details about a specific device on the Devices the Devices page.  Click Click View All to to display the list in on the Devices page.

Highest Risk and Most Popular Category of Web Content on Your Network

The Web Content Discover Summary page banner provides a snapshot of the highest risk web content category andDiscovery banner on the Summary page displays the following categories:

  • the highest-risk web content viewed on your network, along with the number of observations reported for this category
  • the most popular web content

Click Top Risk Category, organizations can to go directly to the malicious downloads report on the Categories page, where theyyou can view detailed information about the tophighest-risk category web content being viewed on theiryour network. SimilarlyAlternatively, clickingclick Top Category will take organizations to go directly to the Categories page, where theyyou can view detailed information about the topmost-viewed web content category viewed on theiryour network. This information can then be used to betterhelp you understand the web contentcontent–related activity on the network and take the necessary steps to protect the network from potential threats  (See Image 1).threats:

The information shown on the banner display will change depending on category risks identified within your own organization's network. In this example,  Malicious Downloads  is the most observed-viewed, top-risk category observed on for your network.   The The Uncategorized category category is the to web content category observed on your network.  The Uncategorized category varies based on the organization's policy configuration.

You can do the following on the Summary pageSummary page:

Click  to view all background tasks currently being undertaken. 

Click  to perform a global search by inputting your search criteria in the search field located in the top-right quadrant of the page.

Click to  to refresh the data displayed on the page.

Click Show to to select a time period for the displayed data records:

  • 1 hour
  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours hours
  • 7 days
  • 1 month
  • Custom (limited to 30 days of data):  When When Custom is is selected, the time/date object appears indicating indicates the last 30 calendar days. Click on the time/date object to open the calendar object. On the calendar object, you can select custom filtering the start and end dates and times for custom filtering.
