The dashboard displays three cards: Total Categories, Total Devices, and High Risk Categories. Each card displays the number of detections on your the network. In addition, the High Risk Category card displays the percentage increase or decrease in total detections during the last past seven days. An upward-pointing green or red arrow indicates an increasing trend over the last seven days; increase, and a downward-pointing green or red arrow indicates an decreasing trend over the last seven days.a decrease.

Total Categories: The Total Categories This card displays the total number of web content categories detected on your the network. Click To open the Categories page, click the Total Categories link to be taken to the Categories page. For . For information on threat categories, see Creating Category Filters. Total Devices: TheThis Total Devices card displays the total number of devices detected on your network. Click the Total Devices link to be taken to the Devices page. High Risk Categories: The High Risk Categories This card displays the total number of threat categories detected on your network. Click Click the Total Categories link to be taken to the Categories page page. For For information on threat categories, see Creating Category Filters . To view the the Web Content Categories page page, click click here.
Top 3 High Risk Content Categories: The Threat Classes card is located at the top of the page in the far-right corner. The chart reports the top web categories associated with a higher risk based on the volume of threat according to the number of DNS requests sent from protected devices on your network. The chart reports the data for the last 7 past seven days.
Refresh and Show:
- Refresh: Click
to refresh the data displayed on the page. - Show: Click Show to select a time period for the displayed data records:
- 1 hour
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 1 month
- Custom (limited to 30 days): When When Custom is is selected, the date/time /date object indicates the last past 30 calendar days. Click the time/date object to open the calendar object. On the calendar object, you can , and select the start and end dates and times for custom filtering.
Background To view background tasks and recent search information can be viewed by doing , do the following:
Background Tasks: Click
to open the side panel displaying a list of all running background tasks. Global Search: Enter the search criteria or value that you want to search for in the Search text the Search text box.
Recent Searches: Click
to perform a global search. The Cloud Services Portal displays will display the list of records that match the keyword in the text box. The search panel includes information on recent searches including tool informationthe tools, console messages, and other information on recent searches for the domain searches.
HIGH RISK CATEGORIES: A shows a list of the top threat categories observed on your network. Click any of the listed categories category to view the details about the specific high-risk category on the Categories page. Click View All to display the list on the Categories pageit on the Categories page. Click View All to see the list on the Categories page.
MOST MOST POPULAR CATEGORIES: A shows a list of the most popular web content categories observed on your network. Click any of the listed categories category to view the details about the specific category on the Categories page. Click View All to display the list on the Categories pageit on the Categories page. Click View All to see the list on the Categories page.
DEVICES ACCESSING HIGH RISK DESTINATIONS: A shows a list of devices accessing high-risk destinations observed on your network. Click any of the listed categories category to view the details about a specific device on the the Devices page page. Click Click View All to to display the list on the Devices pagethe Devices page.
