If you use a USB drive that contains a previously downloaded or created “dofactoryreset” file, ensure that you change the timestamp of the file before resetting your B1-105 appliance. Otherwise, you will not be able to reset the appliance. On a Linux system, you can use the "touch" command to change the timestamp of the file. You can also remove the old file and download a new one from the Cloud Services Portal. |
