Data collection is automatically suspended during maintenance. During this time, the NetMRI browser interface is also disabled, displaying only a status message indicating that maintenance is being performed.

When archiving completes at the end of each maintenance cycle, the NetMRI appliance resumes data collection.

To configure weekly maintenance, do the following:

1. Set Status to Enabled or Disabled. If set to Go to the Settings icon > Database Settings > Maintenance.
2. In the Status menu, choose one of the following:
   • Enabled: Enables weekly maintenance.
   • Disabled: Disables weekly maintenance.
     If you choose Disabled, go to step

3. Select a In the Day of Week menu, choose the day when you want to perform maintenance.
4. Select an In the Hour to Start menu, choose the time when you want to perform maintenance.
5. In the Archive Database menu, choose one of the following:
   • Enabled: Enables database archiving during weekly maintenance.
   • Disabled: Disables database archiving during weekly maintenance.
6. Click Update.
