The set lcd keys or set lcd command lcd command enables and disables the LCD input keys. Turning off the LCD input keys prevents anyone from manually changing the IP address on the NIOS appliance. Infoblox recommends this practice as a security measure for remote appliances.

You cannot enable or disable the LCD input keys on vNIOS appliances. You can configure the LCD input keys only on a Grid Master. On a vNIOS appliance, the set lcd keys or set lcd command generates an error. |
