  1. Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.

  2. Click Integrations > Data Connector.

  3. Select the Automations tab, and view the following information for all source configurations:

    • NAME: The name of the configuration.

    • TYPE: The filter for the destination process.

    • DESCRIPTION: The description of the configuration. While some integrations are autogenerated based on a Marketplace subscription other descriptions are customer provided, based on their own, custom created script. Automations subscribed to through the AppDirect Marketplace will be populated in the Descriptions column stating they are auto-generated.

Automation Configuration

Click the “i” icon located in the top left-hand of the page to open the automations details panel. Click the “i” icon again to close the details panel. In the details panel you can view the automation configuration. 

Filters

Click the filter icon (the “filter” icon) to open the filter options panel. Click the filter icon again to close the options panel. the Destination configuration filters can be applied based on Name, Description, and Type or by tag name.

Use the search functionality (search box) to conduct a local search based on the automation criterion.
