To enable the NIOS Grid Connector service, complete the following:
From the Cloud Services Infoblox Portal, click Manage Configure > InfrastructureServers.
On the Host NIOS-X Server page, select the host NIOS-X Server where the Host NIOS-X Server Name is NIOS and configure the following:
- NAME: The name of the hostNIOS-X Server.
- DESCRIPTION: Enter additional information about the hostNIOS-X Server.
- TAGS: Click Add to associate keys with the host NIOS-X Server and specify the following:
KEY: Enter a meaningful name for the key, such as a location or a department.
VALUE: Enter a value for the key. Select the respective check box and click Remove to delete the associated key. For information about tags, see Managing Tags.
Applications & Services: Click Add to associate licenses and services with the host NIOS-X Server or click Remove to delete the entry.
- SERVICES: Toggle NIOS Grid Connector to Enabled.
Click Save & Close to save the details or click Cancel to exit.
After successfully enabling the NIOS Grid Connector service, the NIOS data is visible in BloxOne Universal DDI. After the NIOS objects are imported, they are identified by the 
icon, which shows that these objects are managed by NIOS.

If you do not want to view NIOS data in BloxOne Universal DDI, you can remove it by disabling the NIOS Grid Connector.
