The latest release of vNIOS for GCP includes the following new enhancements:

Support for Synchronization of Google Cloud DNS (RFE-12100)

Starting from NIOS 9.0.5, synchronize Google Cloud DNS data to NIOS to obtain a unified visualization experience. The Cloud DNS synchronization feature of NIOS has the ability to automate the process of discovery and synchronization of DNS data to NIOS from multiple projects of a GCP organization. For more information, see Integrating Google Cloud DNS with NIOS.

Support for High Availability Configuration (RFE-12151)

Starting from NIOS 9.0.4, you can deploy instances of vNIOS for GCP appliances in high availability (HA) configurations. For the deployment steps, see Deploying a vNIOS for GCP Instance with HA.

vDiscovery to Support

...

Discovery Across Multiple GCP Projects (RFE-8680)

You can configure a vDiscovery job in a vNIOS instance running on NIOS 9.0.4 or later to discover and synchronize data across multiple GCP projects linked to a host project. For more information, see Performing GCP vDiscovery.

Filtering Options for vDiscovery

...

Starting from NIOS 8.6.2, you can deploy vNIOS for GCP instances on IB-V4015 and IB-4025 appliances also. For more information, see Supported vNIOS for GCP Models.

DHCP Support on vNIOS Instances Deployed on GCP (RFE-9945)

...

NIOS 8.6 introduces an option to deploy vNIOS for GCP as a single network interface instance using VPC and shared VPC networks on GCP. The instance provides core network services such as DNS and IPAM services of a modular Infoblox solution. For more information about the single network interface and about deploying it, see Deploying a Single Network Interface Instance of vNIOS for GCP.
