To ensure interoperability of VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator with the Infoblox IPAM Plug-In for VMware, you must import valid SSL certificates from the NIOS appliance into VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator:

  1. Log in to the VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Control Center.
  2. Click Certificates.
  3. On the Trusted Certificates tab, in the Import drop-down list, select one of the following:
    1. Import from URL and enter the IP address.
    2. Import from a PEM-encoded file and select the certificate file for the NIOS appliance.
  4. Click Import, and then click Import again to confirm.
    The new SSL certificate appears in the Trusted SSL Certificates list.

Note

If your existing NIOS/vNIOS certificate is expired, you can generate a self-signed NIOS/vNIOS certificate for testing:

  1. In Grid Manager select > Grid > Grid Manager > Members > member checkbox
  2. From the Toolbar select Certificates > HTTPS Cert > Generate Self-Signed Certificate checkbox.
