You can follow a few simple steps to create the following service instances. You can also bind your service to specific network interface to better manage service traffic.
To create services:
Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
Go to Manage > Infrastructure > Services.
Click Create Service and select the service you want to create from the drop down menu. All available services appear in the menu.
Depending on the service you choose, follow the steps in the Create <Service> wizard to complete the creation of a service.
