Deactivating a Data Profile

To deactivate an existing data profile, do the following:

  1. From the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage > TIDE Data.
  2. On the Data Upload page, click the Data Profiles tab located above the top Action bar.
  3. On the Data Profiles page, click Deactivate Profiles on the top Action bar.
  4. From the Profile column, select the data profile to be deactivated by selecting the box to the left of the data profile to be deactivated. Click Deactivate Profiles to deactivate the profile. Or, click   followed by selecting deactivate from the menu options to deactivate the data profile. 

Note

More than one data profile can be deactivated at a time by selecting the data profiles you intend to deactivate and then clicking Deactivate Profiles.

Reactivating a Data Profile

  1. To re-activate a previously deactivated data profile, select the name of the data profile, and then click . From the available data profile choices, click Edit Profile to call up the Edit Data Profile window. On the Edit Data Profile window, toggle Active to the Yes position. Click Save & Close to save the updated data profile configuration.
