To stop a RIP router, do the following:
In the Cloud Services Portal, go to Manage > Routing > RIP Routers.
Select a router you would like to stop. This is a router with status Stopped Starting or Online Started.
Click Stop. A confirmation message will appear briefly in the top-right corner, and the router’s status will change to Stopped Stopped.
