Discovery Job Status

Once a discovery process is initiated, it is shown on the Job Status page. You can search for a specific user or source. You can also sort the information.

Complete the following steps to view the job status:

  1. Go to Manage > Discovery.

  2. Click Job Status.

  3. Select Cloud. The following information is shown:

    • Job Configuration and Source: Job configuration name and the cloud provider.

    • Status: The following status is shown:

      • Enabled - If it is enabled, it has the following status:

        • Pending - The initial sync is pending.

        • Synced - The sync is complete without any errors.

        • Error - The sync failed with an error.

        • In Progress - The sync is in progress.

        • Last Successful Import - The date and time of the last import that was successful.

      • Disabled

 

The initial sync occurs after the full sync interval has elapsed. Job status is only available for Cloud sources.
