BloxOne supports importing and exporting certain data and configuration. When you export data, you have a choice of exporting to a JSON or CSV file. To successfully import data, you must use the supported format and include supported parameters in the import file. You can also import a downloaded or edited JSON or CSV file into the same or different user account through the Cloud Services Portal. For more information, see Supported Formats and Import Parameters.

Some parameters in the CSV file are mandatory. The values for all the import parameters are mandatory as well. Removing a mandatory import parameter or leaving it blank will lead to the import failing. The mandatory fields are marked with an * (asterisk).

Note

You can import data up to a maximum file size of 750 MB.

The following diagram explains the import and export processes at a high level:

Export the DHCP or IPAM objects. Download the JSON or CSV file, and save it in a separate location as a backup. Alternatively, edit the file and import it into the Cloud Services Portal.
