You can follow a few simple steps to create the following service instances. You can also bind your service to specific network interface to better manage service traffic.
To create services:
Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
Go to Manage > Infrastructure > Services.
Click Create Service and select the service you want to create from the drop down menu.
