Viewing Custom Watched Domains

To view the Custom Lookalike Monitoring custom watched domains page, perform the following:

Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
From the Cloud Services Portal, click Reports > Lookalike Domains.
On the Custom Watched Domains page, the following information can be viewed:
- DOMAIN: The name of the domain added to the organization's lookalike domain watch list.
- DESCRIPTION: A description of the domain added for watching by your organization.

Adding a Domain to the Custom Watched Domains List

Note

A maximum of ten domains can be added to an organization's custom watched domains list.

To add custom watch domains to Custom Lookalike Monitoring, do the following:

Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
From the Cloud Services Portal, click Reports > Lookalike Domains.
On the Custom Watched Domains page, click Create to display the Add Watched Domain dialog and add a custom watched domain to the watch list.
In the Add Domains (Watched Domain) dialog, complete the following steps:
- Domain-of-Interest (required field): Add the name of the domain you want to add to your organization's custom lookalike domains watch list. Only second-level domains can be added to a watch list. Each watched domain must be composed of two contiguous alphanumeric strings separated by a dot (example: string1.string2). Domains must be a minimum of two characters in length not counting the top-level domain, in order to be added to the list (example: 12345.com). Domains with fewer than two characters, not counting the top-level domain, cannot be added to the watch list (example: 1.com).
- DESCRIPTION: A description for the watch domain being added. This is an optional field.
Click Save & Close to add the domain to the lookalike domain Watched Domains list.

Importing a Custom Watched Domains List

Click Import to upload a custom lookalike domain list in CSV format. You can update an existing list by clicking Select file or dragging and dropping the file into the light gray rectangular area where it says Drag File Here. Click Import to complete the importing process. Do remember to not exceed the limit of 10 custom watched domains, including those domains on the CSV import file. Use the following template for creating a custom watched domain import list. When adding domains to the csv template, take care to keep the header (domain and description).

Click to select the columns you want to display or use the arrow keys to reorder the columns.
Click > Edit to modify the domain information. You can also select the respective domain and click the Edit button to do so. Alternatively, select the respective domain and click Edit on the top action bar to edit the custom watched domain information.
Click > Remove to delete a domain. You can also select the respective domain and click the Remove button to do so.
Enter the value that you want to search in the Search text box. The Cloud Services Portal displays the list of records that match the keyword in the text box.
Click to conduct a search. Enter the value that you want to search for in the Search text box. The Cloud Services Portal displays the list of records that match the keyword in the text box. The search panel includes information on recent searches; including tool information, console messages, and information on recent domain searches.
Click to view all running background tasks.
