To manage service traffic efficiently, use service instances to bind your services to specific network interfaces. To create a service instance, do the following:
Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
Go to Manage > Infrastructure > Services.
Click Create Service.
From the drop down menu, select the service instance you want to create.
