By default the Application Threshold configuration for Host Disk Usage The application threshold for host disk usage is set to 90% . This value by default but should be configured to 70% ( or any value less than 80%). CDC has the clean-up mechanism implemented which cleanup mechanism that gets triggered on the on-prem hosts as soon as the disk usage reaches 80%. To receive threshold notifications, it should be set the application threshold to the a value lesser less than the clean-up cleanup threshold value. The suggested Threshold configuration threshold is 70%. Notifications can be configured To configure notifications in the Cloud Services Portal in the Application Thresholds section under Host Disk Usage  (Manage > Notifications > Notification Settings > , go to Manage > Notifications > Notification Settings > Application Thresholds  > Host Disk Usage).
