After you deploy a hostNIOS-X server, you must associate a Discovery service instance with the host server before you can configure discovery properties for Network InsightUniversal Asset Insights.
To create a Discovery service and associate it with a hostNIOS-X server, do the following:
Log in to the Cloud Services Infoblox Portal.
Go to Manage Configure > Infrastructure Service Deployment > Services Protocol Service.
Click Create Service.
From the drop down menu, select Discovery.
