To create an Anycast anycast configuration profile, complete the following:
- From the Cloud Services the Infoblox Portal, click Manage -> Configure > Networking > Anycast.
- Click on Create Anycast Configurationto open the Create Anycast Config page.
- In the Create Anycast Config dialog, complete the following:
- Name: Enter the name of the anycast configuration.
- Anycast IPv4 Address:
Add - Enter the
Anycast IP address to the Anycast IP Address field- anycast IPv4 address. Up to two IPv4 IP addresses may be added when setting up
Anycast. Anycast supports the following IP addresses: 52.119.40.100 and 103.80.5.100.- Name: Add the name of the Anycast configuration in the Name field. Description: Add
- anycast.
- Anycast IPv6 Address: Enter the anycast IPv6 address.
- Description: Enter the description of the
Anycast - anycast configuration
in the Description field- .
- Service: From the
Select Service - drop-down
menu- ,
choose the service to be used for the Anycast configuration.In the Tags section, - select the service for which you want to configure anycast. For example, if you want to configure anycast for DNS, select DNS from the list.
- Expand the Tags section and add tags for this
Anycast configuration, so you can use the tags with on-prem hosts- anycast configuration. For more information, see Managing Tags.
In the On-Prem Hosts- Expand the Service Instances section,
click - click Add and complete the following:
- NAME: Click Select List and choose
an on-prem host from the drop-down list. - click Add and complete the following:
- IP ADDRESS: With the selection of an on-prem host, the associated IP address of the on-prem host will populate in the IP ADDRESS field.
Click Add again if you want to add multiple on-prem hosts.
