Identity: Its a key to be used as LEFT ID in IPsec Tunnel configuration on your Internet facing gateway (Router/Firewall).

Credential: This is the name of the pre-shared key configured.

Status: This is the current status of the your IPsec tunnel. For more information, see Tunnel Service Status.
Type: This is the type of site.
WAN IP AddressesAddressed: This is a public IP of your Internet facing gateway (Router/Firewall)
Last Update: The time since the last change on the IPSec tunnel status.
Configuration Changes: The edits to the service access location and the time since the edit was done.
