Location
Navigate to Configure > Service Deployment > As-a-Service. By default, All is highlighted and Location is selected.
The following information is shown:
Service Capabilities: Shows the number of Locations per configuration profile for the capabilities deployed across all services.
Service Status: The Health card shows service(s) having issues with count and its age.The Configuration Changes card shows all services changed and the time since the change was made.
Service Insights: Shows the following metrics:
Availability: It is a capability wise bar chart represents consolidated availability of All services. You can filter the data for 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month.
Status: shows total number of services deployed and count based on the following statuses
Available
Unavailable
Degraded
Locations: It represents the distribution of All services among Service Locations
Click the <Service_Name> under All.
The following information is shown:

Availability: It is a capability-wise bar chart of the selected service availability. You can filter the data for 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month.
Traffic: shows QPS/LPS rate for the last 24 hours.
Locations: It represents the distribution of Access Locations
Click the <Country> under <Service_Name>.

Click the <Access_Location_Name> under <Country>.
The <Access_Location_Name> is the name of the site. The following information is shown:
Service Capabilities: Shows capabilities deployed for the selected service, associated configuration profile, and the service status.
Service Deployment <Service_Deployment_Name>: The following information is shown:
Type: This is the type of service deployment.
Service Location: This is an Infoblox-managed cloud region.
Cloud Service IP: Public IP of the Infoblox-managed cloud region. It shows two IPs for high availability.
Identity: Its a key to be used as LEFT ID in IPsec Tunnel configuration on your Internet facing gateway (Router/Firewall).
Service IP: This is the IP address configured on all the devices in your network
Credential: This is the name of the pre-shared key configured.
Location Status: The following information is shown:
Status: This is the current status of the your IPsec tunnel. For more information, see Tunnel Service Status.
Type: This is the type of site.
WAN IP Addressed: This is a public IP of your Internet facing gateway (Router/Firewall)
Last Update: The time since the last change on the IPSec tunnel status.
Configuration Changes: The edits to the access location and the time since the edit was done.
Service Insights: Shows the following metrics:
Availability: It is a capability-wise bar chart of the selected service availability. You can filter the data for 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month.
Connection Availability: shows the tunnel status percentage and its trend for the last 24 hours.
