BloxOne Threat Defense Infoblox Endpoint protection depends on the type of VPN tunnel being used. When using a VPN, Endpoint protection is supported using split tunnel mode.

Split Tunnel Mode

  • Protection is provided for BloxOne Threat Defense for Infoblox Endpoint when using split tunnel mode. In split tunnel mode, BloxOne Threat Defense  Infoblox Endpoint resolves DNS queries not sent over a VPN through BloxOne through Infoblox Threat Defense, while DNS queries sent over the VPN are not resolved via BloxOne via Infoblox Threat Defense.
