On the Protocol Service Templates page, click the 
icon (downward pointing arrow) next to a template to view the following information:
GENERAL INFO: This section displays the following information:
Description: The description of the template.
HOST SERVER INFO: This section displays the list of hosts servers to which this template has been applied. Click View Host Server Details next to a host server to view detailed information about the hostserver. For more information, see Viewing Host Server Information.
SERVICE INFO: This section displays the following information for services contained in this template:
Service Name: Displays the service name in this format: <hostserver_name>-<service type>. When you apply the template to a hostserver, the <hostserver_name> will display the name of the host server to which you have applied the template.
Service Type: Displays the service type for the corresponding service, , such as cdc (for the Cloud Data Connector service) or dns (for the DNS service).
In addition, you can click the icon (three dots) > General Information next to a template to view the following information:
