Viewing Template Information

On the Protocol Service Templates page, click the icon (downward pointing arrow) next to a template to view the following information:

  • GENERAL INFO: This section displays the following information:

    • Description: The description of the template.

  • SERVER INFO: This section displays the list of servers to which this template has been applied. Click View Server Details next to a server to view detailed information about the server. For more information, see Viewing Server Information.

  • SERVICE INFO: This section displays the following information for services contained in this template:

    • Service Name: Displays the service name in this format: <server_name>-<service type>. When you apply the template to a server, the <server_name> will display the name of the server to which you have applied the template.

    • Service Type: Displays the service type for the corresponding service, , such as cdc (for the Cloud Data Connector service) or dns (for the DNS service).

In addition, you can click the icon (three dots) > General Information next to a template to view the following information:
