To view the details of all the groups associated with the remote access VPN server, do the following:
- In the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage > Service Edge > Edges.
- Click the edge and, in the panel on the right, click the icon. Note that this panel might already have expanded when you logged in.
- Select any policy. Groups displayed on the right panel displays the number of groups associated with the policy.
- Click the number to view the group details:
The Groups dialog opens and displays the following information:
- GROUP NAME: Name of the group.
- DESCRIPTION: Description of the group.
- Click Expand all rows to view all the following group details:
- Tunnel All DNS: Displays whether all DNS queries are tunnelled through VPN.
- DNS Servers: IP addresses of the DNS resolvers that must resolve all the domain queries.
- Max Same Clients: Maximum number of devices that one client or user can be connected to at any one time.
- Keep Alive: Number of seconds that a client session can be active and alive.
- Split DNS: Domains on which the DNS resolver must be used.
- Dead Peer Detection: Number of seconds after which to detect whether a client session is active.
- Idle Timeout: Number of seconds that a client is allowed to stay idle before being disconnected.
- Routes: Routers through which a request or ping is serviced and forwarded to clients.
- Mobile Dead Peer Detection: Number of seconds after which to detect whether a mobile client session is active.
- Session Timeout: Number of seconds for which a client is allowed to stay connected.
- Deny Roaming: Displays whether to block a client from accessing Service Edge on a roaming network.
- Mobile Idle Timeout: Number of seconds for which a mobile client is allowed to stay idle before being disconnected.
