BloxOne Service Edge

BloxOne Service Edge offers a SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution that combines networking and security into a single, cloud-native service. SASE supports your organization’s needs by providing dynamic, secure access across globally distributed PoPs (Points of-Presence) to a variety of edges, including distributed users, locations, and cloud-based services.

Enabling BloxOne Service Edge simplifies and strengthens security in your hybrid and multiple-cloud infrastructures. BloxOne Service Edge enforces DNS security by unifying and integrating networking and security through firewall, NAT (Network Address Translation), and routing policies. It uses a zero-trust approach to solidify network access and security from edge to edge, no matter where your users, devices, data, and applications are located.

To take advantage of the Infoblox SASE solution, deploy BloxOne Service Edge as a service on your on-prem hosts through the Cloud Services Portal: the unified interface for accessing BloxOne functionality. BloxOne Service Edge consists of the following levels of entitlements: Advanced, Business, and Essential:

BloxOne Service Edge chains together a set of network functions according to the policies that address the security posture of your users, devices, locations, authentication and authorization, and the services they need to access.
