Use the telnet command to communicate with another host using the TELNET protocol. 

Syntax

The following is the command syntax:

telnet

The telnet command does not take any arguments.

When you run the telnet command in the administrative shell, it enters the command mode telnet>. In the command mode, run the necessary commands. To exit the command mode and return to the NetMRI administrative shell, run the quit command.
