The GENERAL INFORMATION page displays the following information about the host:

  • Service Name: The name of the services currently running on the host.

  • Service Status: Indicates the current status of the service.

  • Service Type: The service type.

You can click General Information next to a service to view detailed information about the service.

  • API Access Key: The API key that is associated with the host.  You used this key to configure the connection between the host and the Cloud Services Portal. You need this key when setting up the host, so you can establish the host connection. Click Copy to get the key. This is mainly for backward compatibility purposes if your host was configured using an API access key.

  • Host IP Address: The IP address of the host. The current release supports only IPv4 addresses.

  • NAT IP Address: The IP address of the NAT (Network Address Translation) for the host.

  • Local Time/Timezone: The local time and timezone where the host resides.

  • Created: The timestamp when the host was created, in mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss time zone format.

  • Last Seen: The last time when the host was active or online.

  • Uptime: The time duration the host has been up and running. This tells you how long the host has been up and running since its last restart or reboot. This data is synchronized and updated every 60 seconds. You can use this data together with the Last Seen data to determine potential connection issues for the host.

  • Version: The version number of the on-prem agent that is currently running on the host.

  • MAC Address: The discovered MAC address for the host.

  • Serial Number: The serial number of a physical appliance. For virtual appliances, this displays N/A, and you can look up the serial number through the VM console.

  • OPHID: The auto-generated unique ID for the host.

  • Last Update: The timestamp in UTC time zone format when the last update was performed for the services.

  • IP Space: The IP space that is associated with the host.

For Platform Management, the Cloud Services Portal displays the following:

  • Version: The version number of the BloxOne platform that is currently running on the host.

  • Last Update: The timestamp in UTC time zone format when the last update was performed for the platform.
