The Sandbox is a dedicated environment in which the user's Perl and Python scripts are automatically executed. They provide access to the internals of the operating system, the ability to interact with system services, to perform data Input/Output operations, and to read and write portions of system memory.
The minimum requirements for a sandbox virtual appliance are:

  • CPU: It specifies that the virtual appliance must have access to at least one CPU core on the host system.

  • CPU Speed: The CPU performance requirement specifies a minimum requirement of 2 GHz.

  • RAM: It allocated at least 4 GB of RAM.

  • Disk size: The disk size requirement indicates that a minimum of 10 GB of storage space is required.

  • Network: The IPv4 address is required, and the IPv6 address is supported optionally.
