BloxOne Cloud displays export status so you can monitor the synchronization and troubleshoot issues when necessary. If for any reason your S3 bucket is offline or if BloxOne Cloud is unable to synchronize with the bucket, you will see the following message in the status panel: “<timestamp> – log export: failed.” When this happens, verify the setup of your S3 bucket and check the connection between BloxOne Cloud and the S3 bucket.
To view the current status of your response log exports:
- Log in to the Cloud Services Portal.
- Go to the Administration tab > Log Export.
- On the Log Export page, BloxOne Cloud displays the current export status in the Log Updates panel on the page.
