The Infoblox Status page provides BloxOne service statuses and daily incidents. It also includes information about planned and unplanned events that might affect your services. To keep abreast of this information, you can access the Infoblox Status page at https://status.infoblox.com. For detailed information about new features, visit the Infoblox Documentation Portal at docs.infoblox.com.

Viewing Overall Service Status

To view the overall service status on the Status page, complete the following:

  1. Open an internet browser and enter https://status.infoblox.com.
  2. The top banner displays the overall service status for the BloxOne services. You will see one of the following in the banner:
    1. Green Operational: All the BloxOne services are operating properly.
    2. Yellow Degraded Performance: Some BloxOne services have degraded performance.
    3. Orange Partial outage: Some BloxOne services are out of service.
    4. Red Major outage: A majority of the BloxOne services are out of service.
    5. Blue Under maintenance: The BloxOne service(s) are currently under maintenance.

Viewing Service Statuses

The Status page displays statuses for each of the following BloxOne bundles for the past 90 days: BloxOne Threat Defense (Essentials), BloxOne Threat Defense (Business On-prem), BloxOne Threat Defense (Business Cloud/Advanced), and BloxOne DDI.

To view service statuses, complete the following:

  1. Open an internet browser and enter https://status.infoblox.com.
  2. The Status page displays service for each of the following BloxOne bundles: BloxOne Threat Defense (Essentials), BloxOne Threat Defense (Business On-prem), BloxOne Threat Defense (Business Cloud/Advanced), and BloxOne DDI. For each BloxOne bundle, the Status page displays a status bar consisting of 90 vertical slots, each representing a day for the past 90 days.

Perform the following to view detailed status information:

  • Click the + icon next to a BloxOne bundle to view the list of bundled services and their statuses.
  • Hover your mouse over the ? icon next to each product component to view the description of the component and to learn what happens if the service is unavailable.
  • Hover your mouse over a vertical slot to view service status for a specific date.

Viewing Uptime and Incident History

To view the uptime history for the past 90 days, complete the following:

  1. On the Status page, click View historical uptime in the status section.
  2. In the Uptime tab, you can filter the uptime history by BloxOne components as well as a date range. The calendar view displays the uptime history for each calendar day.

You can perform the following:

  • Hover your mouse over a specific day to view detailed uptime status for that day.
  • Click the Incidents tab to view specific incidents for the selected BloxOne component and configured date range. To select another component, click Filter Components and select the desired component.
  • Drill down to specific components by selecting or deselecting them, or click Select all to select all the components.
  • In the Past Incidents section, you can view a history of the past incidents sorted by date.

Viewing Status History

You can view the past history of all the incidents when necessary.

To view the past status history, complete the following:

  1. On the Status page, click Incident History at the bottom of the page.
  2. On the Incident History page, click Filter Components to select the service(s) by which you want to filter the results. You can also use the date arrows to select the date range for the results.

To go back to the current Status page, click Current Status at the bottom of the page.

Subscribing to Updates

To receive notifications whenever Infoblox creates, updates, or resolves an incident, click Subscribe to Updates at the top right corner of the Status page and enter your email address.
