To edit an Anycast configuration profile for a Host, complete the following:

  1. From the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage > Hosts.
  2. Select thehost from the list of hosts to have its anycast configuration profile removed.
  3. Click Service and then select Anycast.
  4. From the Anycast options, select Configure to open the Configure Anycast page.
  5. In the ANYCAST CONFIG PROFILE section, select the name/anycast IP address and then click Edit to edit the Anycast Configuration Profile.
  6. Apply edits to the Anycast Configuration Profile.
  7. Click Save & Close to save the updated Anycast Host configuration.


To edit an Anycast configuration, complete the following:

  1. From the Infoblox Portal, click Configure > Networking > Anycast.
  2. Select the Anycast Configuration to be edited or removed.
  3. Click on Edit located below the top Action bar.  Alternatively, clickand then select Edit to edit the Anycast Configuration.
  4. On the Anycast Config page, make the desired edits.
  5. Click Save & Close to save the updated configuration.

Warning: Anycast IP address and Service type(DNS/DHCP/DFP) cannot be modified if the Anycast config profile is associated with any Anycast Service. To modify it, remove the Anycast config profile from the Anycast service and make the change. After that reassign, the Anycast Profile to the Anycast Service.
