Once a DTC Server is created, it can be edited to modify the settings.

Complete the following settings to edit DTC Servers:

  1. Go to Manage > DTC.

  2. Click DTC Servers.

  3. Select the DTC Server you want to edit, and click Edit.

  4. Edit the following settings and click Save & Close:

  • State: Choose whether the DTC server is Enabled or Disabled. By default, it is Enabled.

  • Name: Specify a name for the DTC server.

  • Description: Specify a description for the DTC server.

  • Address: Specify the IP address or domain name of the DTC server.

  • Configure Synthesized Responses: Click Add Record and configure the following:

    • Type: Choose the type of the record. You can choose A Record, AAAA Record, and CNAME Record.

    • Value: Specify the value for the record.

  • Tags: Optionally, specify tags. For more information, see Managing Tags.
