Resetting User Enrollment

If any users experience issues with the multi-factor authentication configuration, you can reset their user enrollment. The users must then set up multi-factor authentication again the next time they log in.

Note

The user's email domain must match the selected domain. Ensure that you have selected the correct domain.

To reset user enrollment, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the Infoblox SSO Portal at https://sso.infoblox.com/.
  2. Navigate to the Authentication tab in the left navigation panel.
  3. Click Multi-Factor Authentication in the top action bar.
  4. On the Multi-Factor Authentication page, enter the user email address in the Reset User MFA Enrollment section.
  5. Click Reset User.
