Email Notifications on Administrative Events
Email Notifications on Administrative Events
SSO portal administrators automatically receive email notifications on the following administrative events:
- Activation and deactivation of IdP (Identity Providers) per domain (For information about 3rd party IdP, see Configuring 3rd Party IdP.)
- Enabling and disabling of Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) per domain (For information about MFA, see Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication.)
- Creation and deletion of portal admins (For information about portal admins, see Configuring Portal Admins.)
For domain users, the following operations result in an email notification:
- Activation and deactivation of domain users (For information about domain users, see Configuring Domain Users.)
- Locking and unlocking of domain users (For information about domain users, see Configuring Domain Users.)
- Toggling of local credentials on and off for domain users (For information about domain users, see Configuring Domain Users.)
Note
Only SSO administrators with all-access privilege will receive notifications on creation and deletion of domain users.
