Infoblox Portal is the web interface through which you access Infoblox Platform services and functionalities. Before you log in to Infoblox Portal, you must have a valid user account based on the entitlement packages your organization has purchased from Infoblox. For information about how to obtain Infoblox Platform entitlement packages, contact your Infoblox representatives.

Initializing User Accounts

To manage Infoblox Platform services and perform Infoblox Platform functions, you must log in to the Infoblox Portal using a valid username and password.

• When you purchase the Infoblox Platform services from Infoblox, you receive an initial email informing you about the following:

  • Your user account has been created in the Infoblox Portal.

  • Another welcome email containing instructions to initialize your account is on its way.

• When you receive your welcome email, click the Activate Account button in the email to activate your account, so you can set your username and password.

Logging in to Infoblox Portal

To log in to Infoblox Portal, complete the following:

1. Open an internet browser and enter portal.infoblox.com.

2. In the log in widget, enter the username and password, and click Sign in. If you forget your username or password, or if you need help logging in, click Need Assistance? > Help me sign in/Forgot password at the bottom of the widget and follow the instructions to reset your password.
