Clear DNS Cache (NIOS-X-aaS)

Clearing DNS cache is the first step to resolve any DNS issues. Complete the following steps to clear DNS cache:

  1. Go to Configure > Service Deployment > As-A-Service.

  2. Expand All > Select the <Service_Name> to modify.

  3. At the top of the View pane, choose Configuration.

  4. In the Service Deployment card, choose the service deployment.

  5. Click ⋮ and click Clear DNS Cache.

  6. The following message is shown Clear DNS Cache? Are you sure you want to clear DNS cache for [Service_Deployment_Name]? This action cannot be undone once cleared.

  7. Click Clear.

The DNS cache is cleared and the following notification is shown:

[Service_Deployment_Name] has successfully cleared the DNS cache.
