Viewing Service Logs

Infoblox Portal provides service logs that you can view or download for troubleshooting purposes. Information in service logs allows you to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot Infoblox services.

To view the service logs, do the following:

  1. From Infoblox Portal, click Monitor > Logs > Service Logs

  2. On the Service Logs page, click Display Recent to display the most recent 100 service events.

To add more filtering criteria, click (the Add icon) again to add another criterion. When you are done, click (The Run icon) to filter the events. You can then click (the Star icon) to find the saved filter in the future without setting the filtering criteria again.
