Creating a Workspace

The first step is to create a Workspace. A Workspace is like an empty container, which is used to migrate and manage various workloads. A newly created Workspace is empty until you create a Migration Workload within it. The Workspace contains the configurations for migrating DNS and DHCP. 

Complete the following steps to create a Workspace: 

  1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal. 

  1. Go to Manage > Migrations

  1. Click Create

  1. Specify the following in the Create Workspace screen: 

  • Name: Specify a unique name for the Workspace.  

  • Description: Specify a description.  

  1. Click Save & Close
