Create/Update Property Definitions Workflow

Use this workflow to create or update the property definitions that are used by the Infoblox-specific property group. You can use this workflow to update EA definitions when the connection object API type is changed.

Note

The Create/Update Property Definitions workflow is a pre-requisite to the Create Property Group workflow. It should be run at least once prior to Create Property Group workflow to create property definitions.


  1. Log in to the vRealize Orchestrator client.
  2. Choose Design mode.
  3. On the Workflows tab, select IPAM –> vRA –> Administration –> Property Dictionary.
  4. Right-click Create/Update Property Definitions and choose Start workflow.
  5. Specify the following parameters:
    — vRA host
    — Visibility: Select All tenants.
    — Update existing property definitions: Select Yes.
  6. Click Submit.
