The Cloud Services Portal allows you to choose the types of notifications you would like to receive. 

To set or update your notification subscriptions, complete the following:

  1. From the Cloud Services Portal, click your user name at the lower left-hand corner of the portal and select User Profile -> Notifications tab.
  2. On the Notifications page, complete the following to set the types of notifications you would like to receive. You can choose to turn on or off all notifications by clicking Check all or Uncheck all located at the top right corner of each section. The default is Check all, which means you will receive all notifications.
    • Account Alerts: Select which account alerts you want to receive:
      • Service API Key Expiry: Includes notifications related to service API keys that are expired or will be expiring within the next 14 days.
      • User Created: Includes notifications related to account creation.
      • User Deleted: Includes notifications related to account deletion.
    • Host Notifications: Select which host notifications you want to receive:
      • Host CPU Usage: Includes notifications of on-prem hosts whose CPU usage has exceeded the configured threshold.
      • Host Disk Usage:  Includes notifications of on-prem hosts whose disk usage has exceeded the configured threshold.
      • Host Memory Usage:  Includes notifications of on-prem hosts whose host memory usage has exceeded the configured threshold.
    • DDI Metrics: Select which DDI metric notifications you want to receive:
      • Copy Failed: Includes notifications when the copy operation failed.
      • Copy Succeeded: Includes notifications when the copy operation succeeded.
      • DNS Cache Flush Failed: Includes notifications when DNS cache flush failed.
      • DNS Cache Flush Succeeded: Includes notifications when DNS cache flush succeeded.
      • High DHCP Utilization: Includes notifications when the DHCP utilization exceeds a high threshold.
      • Low DHCP Utilization: Includes notifications when the DHCP utilization reaches a low threshold.
    • Service Notifications: Select which service notifications you want to receive:
      • Anycast Service Status: Includes notifications for periods longer than the configured time duration. 
      • AuthN Service Status: Includes notifications for periods longer than the configured time duration. 
      • CDC Service Status: Includes notifications for periods longer than the configured time duration. 
      • DHCP Service Status: Includes notifications for periods longer than the configured time duration. 
      • DNS Service Status: Includes notifications for periods longer than the configured time duration. 
      • Host State: Includes notifications of on-prem hosts that are in the Review Details state for longer than the configured time duration.
      • Last Host Activity: Includes notifications of on-prem hosts that are inactive for longer than the configured time duration.
    • New Release Notifications: Select New Releases to get notifications for new BloxOne release information based on your BloxOne subscriptions.
  3. Click Save to save the configuration.
