After creating security rules, organize them into policies for the profiles that your edges use to provide network security.

When creating policies, organize them into proper categories. For example, put firewall rules into firewall policies.

Security rules form the foundation for creating edge profiles in BloxOne Service Edge. They are also the building blocks for security policies where you not only allow specific users to access specific content but also protect your networks from malicious attacks. When you create rules, you lay down the fundamental security structure for the edges in your cloud infrastructure.

You can group and organize security rules to create policies that best protect your networking infrastructure and maintain the security and efficiency of services for your users—wherever they are and whatever their content and services might be.
