Activating Multi-Factor Authentication

You must first select a domain in order to activate the multi-factor authentication settings.

To activate multi-factor authentication, complete the following:

1. Log in to the Infoblox SSO Portal at https://sso.infoblox.com/.
2. In the Multi-Factor Authentication tab, click Select Domain on the right upper navigation bar.
3. From the Select Domain menu, select a domain for multi-factor authentication. The domain status is Not Active.
   
   

4. Click Activate, next to the domain menu.
   Once you activate multi-factor authentication, the domain status changes to Active.
   Infoblox SSO Portal currently supports Okta Verify and Google Authenticator for multi-factor authentication.
   
   
   
   Multi-factor authentication is now activated for the selected domain. All users with an email address that matches the active domain are required to set up multi-factor authentication the next time when they log in, using the supported authentication method.
