Monitoring Log Export Status

Infoblox Platform displays export status so you can monitor the synchronization and troubleshoot issues when necessary. If for any reason your S3 bucket is offline or if Infoblox Platform is unable to synchronize with the bucket, you will see the following message in the status panel: “<timestamp> – log export: failed.” When this happens, verify the setup of your S3 bucket and check the connection between Infoblox Platform and the S3 bucket.

To view the current status of your response log exports:

  1. Log in to Infoblox Portal.

  2. Go to ConfigureAdministration > Log Export

  3. On the Log Export page, Infoblox Platform displays the current export status in the Log Updates panel on the page.
